Performance Labs, founded in 1984 by Mike Bozziatra in Hackensack, New Jersey, has been a trusted leader in the orthotics industry for decades. Across the globe in Australia, iOrthotics was established in 2009 by two forward-thinking clinicians. With a patient-first approach, iOrthotics quickly became an industry leader, pioneering cutting-edge technologies like CAD/CAM design, 3D scanning, and 3D printing. 

In 2024, these two innovators joined forces to bring advanced manufacturing technologies and practitioner tools to North America. Today, all orthotics are proudly manufactured in our long-standing New Jersey facility and our iOrthotics USA facility in Long Island, New York. Together, we’re committed to providing doctors with the lowest lead times in the industry and premium orthotic solutions that enhance patient care.
